Patient seemed to find this mantra extremely helpful, and so recommended patient use it as affirmation in the mirror each morning. Spectacularly attractive, not at all what I’d been expecting when I heard she was a (now ex—) police officer. Considered recommending him to another psych, but am worried about fragility and losing progress.
